		<description>Of course you are right - most accidents can be dedicated to a human mistake of some sort. But to be honest, the BBC didn&#039;t reveal the question Mr. Learmount had to answer to. And having heard some extremely stupid questions from the press I can understand why he may have answered that way even if this will not be the appropriate way of dealing with things in an investigation. Which he probably knows by himself.</description>
